Welcome to Jefferson Cluster Activity Registration

Below are the middle schools that fall within the Jefferson Cluster.

Please click on your school to register for Jefferson youth Sports.

To be able to register you need to have a student ID number within Portland Public Schools (PPS). If you do not attend a PPS school but live within the cluster boundaries (Ex. homeschool, charter school, private school) Please contact the Cluster Coordinator for support in registering your athlete.

Physical Examination

Athletes must have a current sports qualifying physical exam on file in the Activities Office. 

Once you have your physical completed by a doctor, you can turn it into the Athletic office or you can scan it and submit the completed Physical Forms online.
